Sometimes you might need your short-term loan, for a little longer. Our CA Trade loan is a loan for those instances: we offer a slightly longer-term finance option for 12 months, or longer in some cases, for experienced property professionals.

Whether you need funding for a residential, commercial or semi-commercial property, or for a residential development, we can help you make the most of your opportunity - particularly for projects in the South East. Our loans are not for owner-occupiers.

For residential developments, we'll usually lend up to 55% – 60% of the gross development value. We structure the loan facility to cover all construction costs, infrastructure, services, professional fees and interest. You can apply the remainder towards the purchase or refinance costs.

Criteria

CA Trade has slightly different lending and qualifying criteria to our standard bridging loans:
  • Proven track record
  • Minimum loan of £250,000
  • 12 months + duration
  • This product is not for owner-occupiers
  • Residential development or income producing properties only
  • Minimum construction costs of £125,000
  • London and Home Counties only
